2. Data we process
Contact/enquiry form: name, email, optional phone, message and any preferred dates. Account: email, name, optional profile picture, phone and description. Automatically: server log data (IP address, date/time, page accessed) via our hosting provider.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry and communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); providing accounts and saved lists (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); technical operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting and database
The site and data run on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Storage) in region europe-west3 (Frankfurt), EU. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd., under a data-processing agreement.
5. Authentication
We use Firebase Authentication (Google) for sign-in/registration, processing your email and credentials. "Sign in with Google" is optional.
6. Email delivery
For notifications and verification/reset emails we use Resend (Resend, Inc.), processing name and email address for delivery.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. login session). No tracking or advertising profiling takes place.
8. Retention
Enquiries and account/message data are stored as long as needed for processing or the account, then deleted per statutory periods.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@livingspacesolutions.de.
